Zero, Iris, and Storm Eagle would have to be my top favorites.  



Zero just for always being his awesome self.  I enjoyed playing the game as him from the start!  I felt like a bad ass just controlling him on the screen.  :becklaughing



Iris...  :becksad She was a sweet support character and I really admired her.  I was REALLY happy to see her officially "reborn" in the (sadly canceled) Megaman MMO, it gave me a smile to see her return after so many years.



It broke my heart to have to destroy Storm Eagle, my favorite boss character of all time (Capcom is so ... for making me fight my faves!).  His powers, backstory, fighting style, personality, design, everything- awesome!  My avatar should also make it obvious that I like him.  :mrgreen:
