The Echo Chamber Campaign

Hello, boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen, mighties and megas!



Following Cloudy's suggestion i'm creating a topic of our campaign that already was going since Call was chosen. Seeing how evenly divided the community was, it was a fair opportunity of trying to help the former Call-E (nowadays renamed by the community as Echo) design not go to waste!



TWrex started gathering support toward the idea of she actually being added to the game as anything, from cameoto playable character. Yet, as the support started growing i decided to add an additional branch to it, also counting those that explicitly said they wanted Echo as a playable character.



For those curious or even concerned about the risks of Echo becoming a playable character, I can assure you our design won't affect the main story nor the main characters in no way, not requiring any kind of change regarding the story that already was planned for the game!



A quick summary of the design is she actually being the admin OS system of the city, responsible of keeping all mechanized facilities safe and properly working. As the cyber attack ended with mighty numbers taking over key facilities of the city now it's her program role to go there and remove the invader.She has no special powers and is no combat-oriented, yet as admin she has multiple vessel suits, mass-production robotic bodies she can recover and use to personally fight the invaders while equyipped with more conventinonal weaponry built by her or found at facilities.



As today's weekly tally pointed out, so far we have 73 supporters already, with 24 also supporting her as playable character and i'm really hoping we can get even more support from users of MN9 universe as well! ^^.



Any support is welcome! If you also want her as playable character please explicitly say so! To be added as supporter please, together with your support message add your mighty number since i keep the list sorted by the backers mighty numbers. If you're not a backer worry not! Your support is just as important!

Yeah he mentioned that to me.  They already Weeg's D here so it's only fair.  Plus it keeps everyone in the loop of what is going on.  

Also, I find this forum format a lot better than the official one, mainly because I can tell who I am responding to a lot easier.

A bit off topic: I have noticed a sudden drop in forum activities lately, with the exception of some familiar faces. Wonder if it has anything to do with the end of the holiday season.

I just looked at the tally at the Echo Chamber on tumblr earlier when a thought struct me: we are not accounting for non-backer supporters here. We should find a way to add them to the supporter list.

Indeed i'm interested in having non-backer support as well. Wasn't able to get any so far tho (maybe because before the only place to show non-backers about the campaign was KS updates) but if we get it certainly will be counted too! ^^ Hopefully we might get some here! ^^
