Art Decay?

 Thanks to a recent drama on the MN9 official forum, I noticed something very interesting. Check this out:

This is the video Comcept showed everyone at PAX in August 2014:

Fast forward one year later, and we got this:

The only thing comparable in the two videos is the opening stage, but the differences should be pretty clear. The opening stage have much brighter lighting and colours in the PAX video than in the speedrun video.
Here are a few still images for comparison (PAX on the left, speedrun on the right). Note that the speedrun video has much better image quality than the PAX video, but that's not what we're talking about here:

And thanks for the info and comparison shots of the game.  I really need to go back and play the demo and see how I could miss the blue tint they put over that stage.  Maybe I was being distracted by its mediocrity.

 Back on the topic ; I don't really mind it being less bright.... first version was kinda hurting my eyes.
